This position is available in Middlesex, NJ.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement behavior intervention plans based on functional behavioral assessments.
• Provide individualized support to clients to improve their social, academic, and/or vocational skills.
• Conduct progress monitoring and report outcomes to families and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care plans are in place.

Requirements

• A Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certification.
• Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities.
• Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques.
