About the role
The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and adolescents, be creative in their treatment plans, and have excellent communication and leadership skills. The BCBA will be responsible for supervision of our BCaBA’s and RBT’s as well as coordinating and providing services in ABA, functional analyses and assessment, behavior acquisition and reductions procedures and adaptive life skills.
Responsibilities
- Supervise BCaBA’s and RBT’s
- Coordinate and provide services in ABA
- Conduct functional analyses and assessments
- Implement behavior acquisition and reduction procedures
- Develop and follow treatment plans
- Evaluate results and progress of ABA therapy
- Educate caregivers and family members on patient care
- Assess home and school environments and make necessary adjustments
Requirements
- Graduate-level certification in Behavior Analysis
- Certified by the National Board for Certification
- Compliant with state healthcare regulatory requirements
- Possess up-to-date knowledge of treatment practices and behavior therapy programs

- Patience and problem-solving skills
- Able to work well with others and independently
- Flexible and adaptable in managing a caseload

$85,000 - $100,000/year. Pay increases built in!
