About the role
As a Field-based BCBA, you will provide clinical oversight and guidance to a team of technicians and clients in the client’s natural environment. You will assess clients, develop individualized treatment plans, and ensure effective training and implementation of therapy programs. This role collaborates closely with the Field Coordinator and Regional Director to support high-quality clinical care.
Responsibilities
- Conduct skills and behavior assessments in the client’s natural environment to deeply understand their needs
- Develop comprehensive treatment plans and evidence-based interventions
- Train, supervise, and support RBTs working on your child’s team
- Collaborate with supervisors and the quality assurance team to achieve optimal client outcomes
- Coordinate with and train caregivers to empower them as partners in their child’s progress
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience supervising the implementation of ABA-based treatment programs by RBTs
- Licensed in the state you will be working in or able to obtain licensure prior to hire
- Dedication to providing high-quality, outcomes-based care to clients and families
- Ability to meet physical requirements: reaching, grasping, walking, sitting on the floor, kneeling, crouching, ascending/descending stairs, and transitioning between positions
- Effective verbal and non-verbal communication skills using age-appropriate language
- Ability to independently operate a vehicle to travel to client locations

Pay
Guaranteed base salary with incentive earning potential, totaling up to $110,000+ annually. Additional opportunities include:
- Unlimited referral bonuses
- Paid BACB supervision (up to an additional $8k per year)
Salary range: $80.00 - $85.00 per hour.
