BCBA - Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Hybrid - Monroeville, PA

Verbal Beginnings is a growing, BHCOE-accredited and BCBA-owned autism therapy provider serving children diagnosed with autism. We offer a variety of programs, including Early Intervention Center, In-home, Social Skills, Feeding, Diagnostic, and Comprehensive Services (Speech and OT). About the role

As a Field-based BCBA, you will provide clinical oversight and guidance to a team of technicians and clients in the client’s natural environment. You will assess clients, develop individualized treatment plans, train and supervise RBTs, and collaborate with caregivers and the quality-assurance team to ensure high-quality, outcomes-based care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct skills and behavior assessments in the client’s natural environment
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans and evidence-based interventions
• Train, supervise, and support RBTs working on your child’s team
• Collaborate with supervisors and the quality-assurance team to achieve optimal client outcomes
• Coordinate with and train caregivers to empower them as partners in their child’s progress

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Experience supervising ABA-based treatment programs implemented by RBTs
• State licensure in the state of practice (or ability to obtain prior to hire)
• Dedication to providing high-quality, outcomes-based care
• Ability to meet physical requirements: reaching, grasping, walking, sitting on the floor, kneeling, crouching, ascending/descending stairs, and transitioning between positions
• Effective verbal and non-verbal communication skills with age-appropriate language
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to client locations

Pay

Guaranteed base salary with incentive earning potential, totaling up to $110,000+ annually. Hourly range: $80.00 – $85.00.
