Job Overview

BlueSprig is a clinician-led ABA organization committed to supporting the delivery of high-quality care. We are expanding our clinical team and seek a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead caseloads, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with clinical committees.

Core Duties

  • Run functional behavior assessments and update programming based on data and clinical reasoning.
  • Coach parents and family members to ensure therapy gains are sustained in the home environment.
  • Create and manage tailored treatment plans for each client, avoiding generic templates.
  • Stay compliant with BACB ethical guidelines, state rules, and payer-specific requirements.
  • Train and supervise Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
  • Collaborate with compassionate clinical committees to enhance care quality.
  • Build a culture focused on ethics and client outcomes, not just service hours.

Essential Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of BACB ethics and relevant state and payer rules.
  • Current BCBA or BCaBA certification through the BACB (or RBT certification with active graduate work towards BCBA).
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field (for BCBA candidates).
  • Background check covering criminal record and driving history.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Past supervisory experience with behavior technicians or RBTs.

Education Requirements

A Master's degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field with approved behavior-analytic coursework.

Pay and Schedule

Total Annual Compensation: Up to $118,000 annually + $5,000 sign-on bonus. Base Salary: $90,000 - $100,000. Monthly Performance Bonus: $7,000 - $18,000 annually (paid monthly). Sign On/Retention Bonus: $5,000-$20,000 (depending on start date and location).
