About the role
Bright Pathways ABA is a company dedicated to providing accessible and high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services, particularly for families in Texas who may face barriers to accessing care. Our mission is to ensure that all children, regardless of their insurance coverage, receive the therapy they need.
Responsibilities
- Deliver and oversee relationship-centered ABA therapy in homes, schools, and via telehealth
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized, strengths-based treatment plans
- Guide and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) as true collaborators in the therapy process
- Partner with families in ways that feel empowering, respectful, and genuinely relational
- Help shape our clinical model and culture as we grow
Requirements
You must reside in San Antonio, hold a current BCBA certification and be licensed in Texas. We are looking for individuals who crave more than just a job and want to help build something that actually matters. You should lead with curiosity, see strengths before deficits, believe therapy should feel personal, not procedural, and understand that the best outcomes are a team effort.
Qualifications
- Current BCBA certification

- Experience with ABA therapy

Benefits
