BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) – Help Medicaid Families Finally Access ABA

About the role

Bright Pathways ABA is a company dedicated to providing accessible and high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services, particularly for families in Texas who are seeking these services through Medicaid. Currently, over 80% of Medicaid families in Texas do not receive ABA therapy due to the lengthy and bureaucratic credentialing process.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and oversee relationship-centered ABA therapy in homes, schools, and via telehealth
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized, strengths-based treatment plans
• Guide and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) as true collaborators in the therapy process
• Partner with families in ways that feel empowering, respectful, and genuinely relational
• Help shape our clinical model and culture as we grow

Requirements

You must reside in San Antonio, hold a current BCBA certification and be licensed in Texas. You are passionate about helping build something that actually matters and lead with curiosity, seeing strengths before deficits. You understand that the best outcomes are a team effort and show up that way.

Qualifications

We are looking for 20 Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) in San Antonio who want to be part of this mission. The credentialing process to serve Medicaid patients takes upwards of 6 months, but we are using this time to hire 20 BCBAs today. Once credentialing is approved, you will be officially offered your full-time role at Bright Pathways.

Skills

The ideal candidate will bring their ideas, instincts, and voice to the process of shaping our clinical model and culture. They will be comfortable working in a hybrid setting, delivering therapy both in-person and via telehealth.
