Bright Pathways ABA is a company dedicated to providing accessible and high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services, particularly for families in Texas who are seeking Medicaid coverage but face significant barriers to accessing care.
Responsibilities
- Deliver and oversee relationship-centered ABA therapy in homes, schools, and via telehealth
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized, strengths-based treatment plans
- Guide and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) as true collaborators in the therapy process
- Partner with families in ways that feel empowering, respectful, and genuinely relational
- Help shape our clinical model and culture as we grow
Requirements
You must reside in San Antonio, hold a current BCBA certification and be licensed in Texas. You are craving more than just a job and want to help build something that actually matters. Benefits
