About the role
Join ABA Journey ABA Journey is seeking a dedicated BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) to join our growing clinical team. This is a full-time salaried BCBA position serving children and families throughout Georgia.
Responsibilities
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
- Complete skill assessments and behavioral evaluations
- Develop individualized ABA treatment plans
- Design behavior intervention plans using evidence-based practices
- Supervise and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Ensure treatment integrity and quality service delivery
- Review client data and modify programs as needed
- Provide parent and caregiver training
- Collaborate with families, schools, and other providers
- Complete documentation accurately and on time
- Maintain compliance with BACB ethical standards, payer requirements, and Georgia regulations
Qualifications
- Required: Current BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) certification in good standing
- Required: Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Required: Must reside in Georgia
- Required: Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Required: Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Required: Ability to work independently in a remote role
