About the role
Provide behavior analytic services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, monitor progress, and document outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
- Monitor and document client progress towards goals
- Collaborate with families, teachers, and other professionals to implement treatment plans
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions
- Assist in the development and implementation of new programs and initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience working with individuals with ASD and other developmental disabilities
- Knowledge of ABA principles and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field
- Experience in a clinical setting preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

- $45,000 - $60,000 annually
