Your Role

• Deliver and oversee meaningful, relationship-centered ABA therapy in homes, communities, and via telehealth.
• Guide and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) as collaborators.
• Work with families in ways that feel relational, empowering, and respectful.
• Help shape our clinical model and company culture as we grow.

Compensation

$85,000–$105,000 salary (based on experience).
