Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise behavior technicians and other team members to ensure consistent application of behavior strategies.
• Provide training and ongoing support to staff, families, and caregivers to promote effective behavioral management techniques.
• Analyse data to evaluate program effectiveness and adjust interventions as necessary.
• Maintain detailed documentation in compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic support for clients.
• Promote positive behavior change through evidence-based interventions and behavioral techniques.

Requirements

• Holds a valid certification as a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA), and LBA in Maryland.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans within diverse settings.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex concepts to clients, families, and team members.
• Proficiency in IT systems utilized for data collection, analysis, and reporting purposes.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with experience supervising or mentoring junior staff or trainees.
• Experience in creating effective care plans tailored to individual client needs.
• Knowledge of current best practices in behavioral analysis and intervention strategies.
