Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) to join our dedicated team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating behavior intervention plans tailored to individual client needs. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify behavioral needs and develop personalized care plans.
- Design, implement, and monitor behavior intervention programs based on evidence-based practices.
- Lead and supervise behavior technicians and other team members to ensure consistent application of behavior strategies.
- Provide training and ongoing support to staff, families, and caregivers to promote effective behavioral management techniques.
- Analyse data to evaluate program effectiveness and adjust interventions as necessary.
- Maintain detailed documentation in compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic support for clients.
- Promote positive behavior change through evidence-based interventions and behavioral techniques.
Requirements
- Holds a valid certification as a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA), and LBA in Maryland.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans within diverse settings.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex concepts to clients, families, and team members.
- Proficiency in IT systems utilized for data collection, analysis, and reporting purposes.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience supervising or mentoring junior staff or trainees.
- Experience in creating effective care plans tailored to individual client needs.
- Knowledge of current best practices in behavioral analysis and intervention strategies.
