Responsibilities

• Provide services in both English and Spanish, ensuring effective communication with bilingual and Spanish-speaking families
• Conduct Assessments and develop Individualized ABA treatment Plans
• Conduct Parent Counseling and Training (PCT) sessions in English and/or Spanish to empower caregivers
• Monitor and document client progress, adjusting interventions as needed for optimal results
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and clinical directors to ensure comprehensive support
• Maintain detailed records, including progress reports and intervention outcomes
• Stay informed on the ethical standard and latest advancements in ABA practices

Requirements

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish (required)
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
• 1-2 years of experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is a plus
• Knowledge of behavior intervention strategies and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques is a plus
• Experience working independently in home-based settings is a plus

Preferred Experience

• Experience delivering Parent Counseling and Training (PCT) sessions
• Experience implementing in-home Behavior Intervention Services (BIS)
• Familiarity with ABA-based therapy platforms and electronic data collection tools

Pay

Hourly Rate: $80-90 per hour based off experience in field and education

Schedule

Flexible Scheduling Hours: (Set your own hours: mornings, afternoons, or evenings/Monday-Friday)
