About the role
Join a dynamic team dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. We are seeking a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) to lead behavior intervention programs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
- Evaluate client progress and adjust interventions as necessary
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Conduct assessments and provide training to staff members
- Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in behavior analysis
Requirements
- Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
- Experience with data collection and analysis
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Passion for making a positive impact in the lives of individuals with special needs
Skills
- Proficient in using behavior analysis software
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Pay
Salary range: $50,000 - $70,000 annually, depending on experience
