Job Duties
- Meet with clients and caregivers in the home, community, and school settings.
- Develop individualized treatment plans.
- Monitor goals through data collection and analysis.
- Supervise Behavioral Health Technicians and the implementation of the ITP.
- Collaborate with team members regularly.
Qualifications
- Must be licensed in the Commonwealth as a psychologist, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, clinical social worker, social worker, behavior specialist, certified registered nurse practitioner or a professional with a scope of practice that includes overseeing the provision of ABA services and have certification as a BCBA.
- Experience working with children is preferred.
Job Requirements
- The position requires three clearances (Pennsylvania ChildLine Clearance, PA State Police Clearance, and FBI Fingerprint Check).
- Mandated Reporting training and a sealed college transcript are also required.
- If applicants don't already have these clearances, the agency can provide instructions for how to apply for them.
- Applicants must have reliable transportation.
