Position Overview

Eternal Hope Therapeutics is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. This position provides clinical leadership across both clinic and school settings, developing and overseeing individualized ABA programs for children with autism. The BCBA will work closely with behavior technicians, families, educators, and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality, evidence-based services. We currently have two full-time openings available and are looking for candidates who can start immediately.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Supervise, mentor, and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other clinical staff.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data to guide treatment decisions.
• Modify treatment plans based on client progress and clinical outcomes.
• Collaborate with families, teachers, and interdisciplinary providers to coordinate care.
• Participate in IEP meetings, team meetings, and case conferences.
• Ensure all clinical documentation is accurate, timely, and compliant with BACB and organizational standards.
• Maintain treatment fidelity and quality across school and clinic environments.
• Support program development, quality improvement initiatives, and evidence-based clinical practices.
• Stay current with ABA research, ethical standards, and continuing education requirements.

Qualifications

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis and autism intervention.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and clinical documentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Commitment to ethical, culturally responsive, and evidence-based care.

Preferred

• At least 6 months of BCBA experience (new graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Experience working with children with autism in clinic and/or school settings.
• Experience supervising and mentoring behavior technicians.
• Knowledge of IEP processes.
• Experience with data collection, treatment outcome analysis, and quality improvement initiatives.

Patient Population

• Children ages 2-10 years
• Average caseload of 8-10 patients per day

Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• No weekends
• No on-call responsibilities

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary: $90,000 - $100,000 annually
• $5,000 sign-on bonus (paid in installments)
