About the role

We're seeking a skilled BCBA to join our team at our Rosenberg Treatment Center. With 25 years of experience, Behavioral Innovations is a trusted provider of compassionate ABA therapy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs and goals.
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to inform treatment planning.
• Provide direct behavioral intervention services to clients.
• Evaluate and modify interventions to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive care plans.
• Document progress and maintain accurate records.
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions.

Requirements

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A passion for improving the lives of individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• At least two years of experience working with individuals with autism or similar developmental disabilities.
• Experience with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• Knowledge of ethical standards and best practices in ABA.

• Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

• Competitive salary range: $93,000 - $105,000.

Pay

Competitive Salary: Earn between $93,000 - 105,000, reflecting your skills and experience.
