About the role
We're seeking a skilled BCBA to join our team at our Rosenberg Treatment Center. With 25 years of experience, Behavioral Innovations is a trusted provider of compassionate ABA therapy.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs and goals.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to inform treatment planning.
- Provide direct behavioral intervention services to clients.
- Evaluate and modify interventions to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive care plans.
- Document progress and maintain accurate records.
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions.
Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A passion for improving the lives of individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
- At least two years of experience working with individuals with autism or similar developmental disabilities.
- Experience with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
- Knowledge of ethical standards and best practices in ABA.

- Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Competitive Salary: Earn between $93,000 - 105,000, reflecting your skills and experience.
