Position Details

Schedule: Full time Monday-Friday 8:10am-3:10pm
Grade Levels: PreK–6th
School Year: 2025/2026

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data to guide decisions and monitor student progress.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and related service providers to support effective behavior strategies.
• Provide staff training and ongoing coaching in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and behavior management techniques.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute behavior-related expertise to support student plans.
• Model interventions and support classroom implementation to promote positive behaviors and reduce challenging behaviors.
• Maintain detailed documentation in compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines.

Qualifications

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field.
• Experience conducting FBAs and writing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and evidence-based behavior strategies.
• Able to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and provide staff training.
• Experience working in school settings preferred.
• Excellent communication, organization, and data-analysis skills.
