About the role
We're seeking a BCBA who is dedicated to making a difference in the lives of children with autism and their families. As a Teammate, you will be part of a supportive team committed to providing high-quality, evidence-based care.
Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Serve as a clinical mentor and coach for Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Collaborate closely with families and Caravel teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Make data-driven decisions while keeping each child at the center of care
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
- Active BCBA certification
- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills
Qualifications
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder
- Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Strong supervisory and mentoring skills
- Passion for making a positive impact in the lives of others
Skills
- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
