What you'll do
- Develop and oversee individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Serve as a strong clinical leader, mentoring BTs and RBTs and growing the next generation of Life Changers
- Partner closely with families and Caravel teams
- Let data guide your decisions, and keep each child squarely at the center
