The Role
At Behavioral Innovations, we're seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who shares our passion for creating meaningful change and delivering excellence in care. This position is built around clinical quality rather than caseloads.
Responsibilities
- Focus on clinical quality without administrative overload
- Manage caseloads that are sustainable and manageable
- Receive structured onboarding and dedicated ramp-up support
- Participate in clinical development through free CEUs and mentorship programs
- Grow professionally with clear advancement opportunities
Requirements
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- State licensure (if applicable)
- Strong analytical and clinical decision-making skills
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities
- A commitment to ethical, high-quality ABA services
Qualifications
- Experience in ABA therapy
- Passion for working with children with autism
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
