The Role

At Behavioral Innovations, we're seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who shares our passion for creating meaningful change and delivering excellence in care. This position is built around clinical quality rather than caseloads.

Responsibilities

• Focus on clinical quality without administrative overload
• Manage caseloads that are sustainable and manageable
• Receive structured onboarding and dedicated ramp-up support
• Participate in clinical development through free CEUs and mentorship programs
• Grow professionally with clear advancement opportunities

Requirements

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• State licensure (if applicable)
• Strong analytical and clinical decision-making skills
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities
• A commitment to ethical, high-quality ABA services

Qualifications

• Experience in ABA therapy
• Passion for working with children with autism
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
