Responsibilities
- Focus on clinical quality and supervision, training, and collaboration
- Manage sustainable caseloads to ensure strong outcomes
- Participate in structured onboarding and ongoing clinical development
- Advocate for ethical, high-quality ABA services
Requirements
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- State licensure (if applicable)
- Strong analytical and clinical decision-making skills
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities
