Responsibilities

• Focus on clinical quality and supervision, training, and collaboration
• Manage sustainable caseloads to ensure strong outcomes
• Participate in structured onboarding and ongoing clinical development
• Advocate for ethical, high-quality ABA services

Requirements

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• State licensure (if applicable)
• Strong analytical and clinical decision-making skills
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities
