Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs and goals.
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze data to inform intervention strategies.
  • Provide direct behavioral interventions to clients, ensuring adherence to treatment protocols.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make adjustments as needed.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care plans.
  • Train and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTS).
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all services provided.
  • Stay current with the latest research and best practices in applied behavior analysis.

Requirements

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A passion for improving the lives of individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
  • Experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
  • Knowledge of assessment and intervention techniques in ABA.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
