About the role

Apara Autism Centers is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Sunset Hills Center. The ideal candidate will have active BCBA certification and state licensure, along with a Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field. This position offers competitive pay, including a $5,000 sign-on bonus, and benefits such as medical, dental, vision insurance, up to 4 weeks of PTO plus 9 paid holidays, and an annual CEU allowance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and create individualized treatment plans
• Provide caregiver training and family support
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs)
• Analyze behavioral data to guide interventions
• Collaborate with a supportive clinical team

Requirements

• Active BCBA certification and state licensure
• Master’s in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Qualifications

• Experience in ABA and behavior analysis
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Skills

• Knowledge of ABA principles and techniques
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Pay & Schedule

• $85,000 - $90,000 / year
• Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm ct
