About the role
We're seeking a BCBA who can provide behavioral support services to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in applied behavior analysis and a passion for making a positive impact on people's lives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on functional assessments
- Provide direct behavioral intervention services to clients
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans
- Evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make recommendations for changes
- Conduct training sessions for families, teachers, and other professionals
- Document progress and maintain client records
Requirements
- A Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- A BCBA certification from the Association of Behavior Analysts (ABACert)
- At least 2 years of experience in ABA
- Experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Knowledge of ABA principles and techniques
- Experience with data collection and analysis
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Passion for making a difference in the lives of individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay
The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $60,000 per year.
Schedule
