About the role

We're seeking a BCBA who can provide behavioral support services to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in applied behavior analysis and a passion for making a positive impact on people's lives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on functional assessments
• Provide direct behavioral intervention services to clients
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans
• Evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make recommendations for changes
• Conduct training sessions for families, teachers, and other professionals
• Document progress and maintain client records

Requirements

• A Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• A BCBA certification from the Association of Behavior Analysts (ABACert)
• At least 2 years of experience in ABA
• Experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Knowledge of ABA principles and techniques
• Experience with data collection and analysis
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Passion for making a difference in the lives of individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with diverse populations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay

The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $60,000 per year.

Schedule
