BCBA Area Director

About the role

This role involves building leaders, strengthening culture across multiple centers, and helping teams do their best work. It’s about leading and supporting multiple clinics in the DFW area, focusing on clinical quality, operational health, and leader development.

Responsibilities

• Develop leaders and strengthen culture across multiple centers
• Coach and mentor Clinical Directors
• Drive operational performance, financial health, and clinical quality
• Partner with various departments for growth and support
• Monitor key performance indicators, budgets, staffing, and center performance
• Build strong community relationships and support regional marketing initiatives
• Lead change management and continuous improvement efforts
• Identify and develop future leaders within the organization

Requirements

• BCBA certification, licensed in TX and in good standing
• Minimum 5 years experience as a BCBAs
• Minimum 2 years in a management or supervisory role
• Multi-site leadership experience strongly preferred
• Must be local to the DFW area and able to travel between centers
• Strong operational and financial acumen
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to perform essential functions such as sitting, standing, bending, and occasionally lifting up to 45 lbs.

Benefits

• Base salary: $126,000 - $138,000 incl. bonuses
