About the Role
ABS Kids is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver high-quality, ethical ABA services to children with autism and their families. Pay
$102,000–$105,000 guaranteed first-year compensation, plus an uncapped monthly bonus plan for higher earning potential. Signing bonus and paid relocation are available.

Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, ethical ABA services to children with autism and their families
- Collaborate with a team of passionate professionals in a supportive, BCBA-led environment
- Participate in sensory-friendly community events, Special Olympics, and local partnerships
- Contribute to program development and shape organizational practices through your input
- Supervise and mentor future BCBAs (if desired)
Requirements
- Master’s degree and BCBA certification (or certification in progress – new graduates welcome)
