About the Role

ABS Kids is seeking a passionate BCBA to deliver high-quality, ethical ABA services with flexibility, competitive compensation, and a supportive team culture. Founded and led by BCBAs, this role offers autonomy, manageable caseloads, and opportunities to shape programs while making a meaningful impact in your community.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism and their families
• Set your own schedule with no weekend requirements
• Maintain manageable caseloads (10-12 clients per BCBA)
• Collaborate with peers and leadership to shape programs and practices
• Participate in community events (e.g., sensory-friendly activities, Special Olympics, local partnerships)
• Supervise and mentor future BCBAs (if desired)

Requirements

• Master’s degree and BCBA certification (or certification in progress; new grads welcome)
• Dedication to ethical, high-quality ABA services
• Passion for supporting children with autism and their families
