ABS Kids offers a unique opportunity for BCBAs to make a significant impact with the flexibility and support needed to thrive. Founded and led by BCBAs, this role values your expertise and provides a collaborative environment where your voice matters.

Pay

Competitive compensation with a guaranteed first-year salary of $102,000–$105,000 per year. Additional earning potential through an uncapped monthly bonus plan. Signing bonus and paid relocation available.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, ethical ABA services to children with autism and their families
  • Collaborate with a passionate, like-minded team of professionals
  • Participate in sensory-friendly community events, Special Olympics, and local partnerships
  • Contribute to a mission-driven organization where your input shapes programs and practices
  • Supervise and mentor future BCBAs (optional)

Requirements

  • Master’s degree and BCBA certification (or certification in progress; new graduates welcome)
  • Passion for helping children with autism and their families thrive
