BCBA ($10,000 Bonus, Flexibility)

Pay

First-year guaranteed compensation: $93,500–$97,000 per year. Uncapped monthly bonus plan for higher earning potential. Signing bonus and paid relocation available.

Schedule

• Work from home 1 day per week if center‑based
• Option for four 10‑hour days
• Most BCBAs finish their day between 5:00 pm and 5:30 pm

Responsibilities

• Receive clinical and administrative support as needed
• Work in a transparent, collaborative team culture where your input helps shape programs and practices
• Partner with fellow BCBAs who support each other
• Engage with passionate professionals in sensory‑friendly community events, Special Olympics, local partnerships, and other mission‑driven activities
• Contribute to a workplace where WOW moments fuel the organization’s impact

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and BCBA certification (or certification in progress – new graduates welcome)
• Passion to help children with autism and their families thrive
• Dedication to delivering high‑quality, ethical ABA services
