About Us
Since 2015, Camen Behavioral Services has been a trusted leader in ABA therapy across Central Florida. We partner with the Autism Society of Greater Orlando, Autism Speaks, Nathaniel's Hope, and serve as a practicum site for universities such as the University of South Florida and Florida Institute of Technology.
Requirements
- Current, active BCaBA certification (newly certified welcome)
- Bachelor's Degree or higher
- Reliable transportation (some home visits may be required)
- Clear background check
- Familiarity with ABA assessments (VB-MAPP, PEAK, ABLLS, AFLLS) – training available
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office and web-based systems)
Responsibilities
- Implement individualized ABA programs that build communication, social, and daily living skills
- Use positive reinforcement and proactive strategies to increase appropriate behaviors
- Manage and reduce challenging behaviors in line with client behavior plans
- Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and RBTs to ensure effective treatment
- Track data, conduct preference assessments, and maintain accurate documentation
- Keep sessions engaging, fun, and meaningful for clients
Physical Requirements
- Comfortably lift at least 30 pounds as required
- Be prepared to sit, stand, and move quickly while working with children
Pay
$32-$40 per hour, based on experience, skills, and growth potential.
