Requirements

  • Current, Active BCaBA Certification (newly certified welcome!)
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher
  • Reliable Transportation - Some home visits may be required
  • Clear Background Check
  • Familiarity with ABA assessments (VB-MAPP, PEAK, ABLLS, AFLLS) - training available
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office + web-based systems)

Responsibilities

  • Implement individualized ABA programs that build communication, social, and daily living skills
  • Use positive reinforcement and proactive strategies to increase appropriate behaviors
  • Manage and reduce challenging behaviors in line with client behavior plans
  • Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and RBTs to ensure effective treatment
  • Track data, conduct preference assessments, and maintain accurate documentation
  • Keep sessions engaging, fun, and meaningful for clients

Physical Requirements

  • Lift with Ease: Comfortably lift at least 30 pounds as required.
  • Adaptability: Be prepared to sit, stand, and move quickly while working with children.
