About the role

Merakey's Children's Teens and Young Adults division offers a wide range of mental health and autism services for children and adolescents. Our programs are designed to build resilience and ensure that children and their families are well-prepared for future success. We're seeking a compassionate Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our Dearborn team. In this role, you will conduct assessments, develop behavior plans, and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)/Behavior Technicians (BTs) to ensure high-quality, individualized care for children with autism or developmental delays.

Responsibilities

• Under the supervision of a BCBA, support a caseload of 8-12 children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Under supervision of a BCBA, provide ABA assessment, treatment planning, and case supervision within a structured clinical setting
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and behavior technicians
• Conduct parent training and caregiver consultations as needed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation per payer and agency guidelines

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Active BCaBA Certification
• Active MI Licensure as a BCaBA
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation

Schedule

This is a full-time, on-site position based at our ABA Center in Dearborn, MI. Typical schedule: Flexible schedule, 9a-7:30p, Monday-Friday.
