About the role

Responsible for providing compassionate care in a pediatric therapy setting. Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to identify needs and goals
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Document all patient interactions and progress in electronic health records

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field
• Current CPR certification
• Experience working with children and adolescents
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
• Passing score on a background check

Pay
