Compensation: $80,000 – $85,000 per year
About the role
Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) at Apara Autism Centers.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and create treatment plans.
- Provide caregiver guidance and family support.
- Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs).
- Develop and implement behavior support plans.
- Collect and analyze data to drive outcomes.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
Requirements
- Active BCaBA certification (BACB & state, if applicable).
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Experience as a practicing BCaBA (preferred).
