BC/BE OB/GYN Physician
Job Description
We are seeking a BC/BE OB/GYN to join our growing women’s health practice in Manhattan, New York. In this role, the physician will provide comprehensive OB/GYN care. Our practice model emphasizes continuity of care, operational efficiency, and a sustainable physician lifestyle. We are looking for a provider who thrives in a multidisciplinary clinical environment, collaborating closely with ARNPs, ultrasound technologists, medical assistants, and other clinical support staff. We prioritize shared expertise, mutual respect, and seamless coordination to ensure the best possible care for our patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Well-woman exams
- Contraceptive management (including LARCs)
- Abnormal uterine bleeding
- PMOS, perimenopause, menopause care
- Colposcopy and endometrial biopsy
- Obstetrics: Routine prenatal visits for low-risk and high-risk pregnancies
- Routine early pregnancy evaluation
- Delivery
- Postpartum visits
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- BC/BE in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Active, unrestricted medical license (or eligibility for licensure) in the state of New York
- Comfortable managing low-risk and high-risk pregnancies
- Proficiency in common in-office gynecologic procedures
- Demonstrated experience leading or working within interprofessional clinical teams, including collaboration with advanced practice providers, and clinical support staff
- Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care
- Detail-oriented
- Commitment to equity, respect, and kindness in patient care and team leadership
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
