About the role
You will ensure our premium BBQ areas deliver a top-notch, all-you-can-eat 2-hour pre-game buffet experience for high-end customers.
Responsibilities
- Keep food held and presented properly throughout the event.
- Maintain ample supply of food for the all-you-can-eat buffet.
- Keep serving areas clean, stocked, and free of trash and cardboard.
- Wash all cooking dishes and utensils.
- Assist customers as needed.
- Help out in other concession areas once the pre-game event concludes.
Requirements
- Reliable and available for most games.
- Able to work until the game ends and/or all assigned tasks are completed.
- Neat appearance and pleasant personality.
- Strict adherence to food-safety protocols.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment; able to stand for long periods.
