Responsibilities

• Design and produce engaging infographics and visual content for social media platforms and our blog.
• Collaborate with marketing and data teams to interpret data and develop graphical narratives that simplify complex information.
• Create and manage a content calendar to ensure consistent and strategic content delivery across platforms.
• Create videos to be used as TikTok and Instagram Reels.
• Analyze trends in social media and digital content to optimize our content strategy.
• Manage multiple projects from concept through completion under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience with video editing software (e.g., Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro).
• Strong understanding of social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite Insights).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
