About the role

We're seeking talented Anesthesiologists to help deliver excellence in anesthesia care across NorthStar's growing network of 280+ client sites in 25 states.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality anesthesia care to patients across diverse specialties and settings.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to optimize patient outcomes and satisfaction.
• Manage call schedules and light callbacks to maintain work-life balance.
• Participate in professional development activities and contribute to the growth of the practice.

Requirements

• Current medical license in good standing.
• Experience in anesthesia care, particularly in orthopedic, spine, urology, ENT, pain management, plastics, podiatry, and neuro cases.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Board certification in Anesthesiology.
• At least 3 years of post-fellowship experience preferred.
• Experience with various anesthesia techniques and equipment.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

Pay

Compensation is commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Schedule

2 Weeks On / 1 Week Off Call Rotation: 1:2 to 1:3 Light Callbacks PTO: 17 Weeks Full-Time, W2
