Requirements
- A positive attitude

- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Prior experience serving food and beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in a restaurant, hospitality, or entertainment setting
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol (where required by law)
Responsibilities
- Welcome Players to their bays with energy and enthusiasm, tailoring recommendations for food, beverage, and gaming options to enhance their experience and drive sales
- Take orders quickly and accurately, and maintain clean and organized Bay areas by clearing tables, refilling drinks, and ensuring a welcoming space
- Provide outstanding food and beverage service, ensuring Players have everything they need for a smooth, fun-filled experience
- Maintain a strong T-line presence, collaborating seamlessly with fellow Playmakers to deliver an unforgettable Player experience
- Set up bays, resolve concerns with a smile, and uphold Topgolf’s safety and sanitation standards

Physical Requirements
- Lift and move items up to 50 lb., including bending, stooping, and carrying
- Remain on your feet for most of the shift, with frequent walking
- Engage in a variety of physical tasks throughout the day
- Demonstrate endurance for long shifts in a high-volume environment
