Bauleiter (m/w/d)

About the role

You will work alongside experienced colleagues to familiarize yourself with your new environment and then take charge of your first construction site independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee your construction site, implementing schedules in consultation with the project manager and representing the company on-site.
• Apply foresight to ensure compliance with building regulations both in planning and on-site with your team.
• Coordinate communication on-site, monitor construction progress, and manage personnel and material orders.
• Verify deliveries, maintain the construction logbook, and monitor adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Conduct project meetings, accept deliveries and services, and participate in official inspections.

Requirements

• Proven experience in leading construction sites.
• Strong organizational skills and reliability.
• Qualified as a skilled worker, master craftsman, or technician in interior construction or general construction.
• Valid driver’s license.
