Responsibilities

• Auflisten von Entwurfs- und Verdingungsunterlagen für die Instandsetzung von Hochbauten und Ingenieurbauwerken des Massiv- und Wasserbaus
• Ausschreibung, Vergabe und Abrechnung von Bauaufträgen
• Auflisten und Abwickeln von Ingenieurverträgen
• Bauwerksprüfung

Requirements

• Abgeschlossenes Fachhochschulstudium des Bauingenieurwesens (konstr. Ing.-/Wasserbau)
• Führerschein Klasse B
• Körperliche Eignung zum Besteigen von Bauwerken (z.B. Richtfeuer und Leuchttürme) und schwimmenden Fahrzeugen
• Berufserfahrung in der Baumaßnahmenplanung und -abwicklung
• Gute Fachkenntnisse im Massiv- und Stahlbau, Grund- und Wasserbau
• Gute Kenntnisse des Vertrags- und öffentlichen Vergabewesens
• Gute IT-Kenntnisse (Office-Pakete; Ausschreibungssoftware, z.B. iTWO)
• Interesse am selbstständigen Handeln mit hoher Verantwortung
• Kenntnisse des Verwaltungshandelns (z.B. Haushaltsmittel einwerben, Entwürfe aufstellen)

Qualifications

• Erfüllung der tariflichen Voraussetzungen nach Entgeltgruppe 11 EntgO Bund
• Jahressonderzahlung (ugs. Weihnachtsgeld) in Höhe von 90 % des durchschnittlichen Monatsentgeltes
• Erholungsurlaub von 30 Tagen pro Kalenderjahr
• VBL Klassik als Altersvorsorge
• Zuschuss zum Jobticket
