The Role

The BattleCreek Campus Internship is designed for hard-working and driven young adults who are ready to gain valuable ministry experience while developing in their leadership.

Responsibilities

• Gain ministry experience
• Develop spiritually, personally, and professionally
• Participate in hands-on leadership opportunities
• Engage in book discussions and staff training events
• Work in a team environment that encourages overall growth
• Choose an area of interest from: Hello Team, Youth, Kids, Groups, Operations, and Worship

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must have a sense of humor
• Must have their own vehicle and cell phone for the duration of the internship
• Must agree and adhere to BattleCreek Church's internal and external core values, code of conduct, and consent to a background check

• Ministry-focused and Christ-centered
• Ready to gain valuable ministry experience
• Willing to develop in leadership
• Open to learning and growing in various areas

Pay

Full-time interns are paid hourly and are considered full-time temporary employees of BattleCreek. This position typically pays $15 per hour.

Schedule

Full-time internships are 6 months long and are full-time (40 hours a week).
