Responsibilities
- Lead and Project Management: Oversee lead flow and manage client relationships from project initiation to completion.
- Communication: Maintain frequent contact with clients and operation teams ensuring prompt follow-up and satisfaction.
- Process Execution: Conduct the Bath Tune-Up sales process with confidence, persistence, and a strong desire to succeed.
- CRM Utilization: Track and organize client information efficiently using our CRM software.
- Brand Representation: Present professionally, embodying the Bath Tune-Up brand ethos in appearance and demeanor.
- Lead Generation: Generate additional leads through channels, including home shows, networking, and local activities.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Sales Experience: Minimum of 4 years in-person sales role, home improvement industry preferred.
- Attention to Detail: Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in all tasks.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in computer and smartphone usage.
- Motivated: Display a strong work ethic, and results-driven mindset to succeed in a commission-based environment.
- Social Media Skills: Familiarity with managing a Facebook business page and responding to messages is preferred.
- Positive Attitude: Maintain optimism and enthusiasm in all interactions with clients and team members.
- Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, setting priorities and managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Communication Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Professional Appearance: Maintain a professional appearance suitable for meetings in clients’ homes.
