Bathroom Remodeling Apprentice

About the role

Responsible for assisting the Installer with remodeling baths or showers in customers’ homes. Follow the guidelines set by the Installer and adhere to quality and safety standards while upholding Company Policies and Procedures. Notify the Installer or Management as needed to maintain the integrity of the company.

Responsibilities

• Follow the directions of the Installer to ensure proper installation and timely remodel.
• Provide customer service directly to the homeowner, offering solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Identify house or bathroom specifications to determine the starting point and review the scope of work and installation checklist to follow guidelines and processes.
• Clean up the job site and ensure all equipment is cleaned and placed back in the vehicle properly for safety and per guidelines.
• Work on Install certification while being coached by the main Installer.
• Learn to stage the job completely and load the van for the next day or morning to prevent installation interruptions due to missing items.

Requirements

• Solid carpentry skills and basic hand tool knowledge.
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious at all times.
• Good customer relation skills.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and develop into roles with greater responsibility and pay.
• Ability to lift 75 pounds or more.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Ability to maintain a phenomenal attendance record and be on time.
• Ability to work extended hours and motivate others.

Pay

$18 an hour plus the potential of a monthly incentive.

Schedule
