Bathroom Remodeling Apprentice

Responsibilities

• Help the Installer remodel Bath or showers in customers’ homes.
• Follow the Installer’s directions to ensure proper installation and timely completion.
• Provide customer service directly to the homeowner, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
• Identify and understand the house or bathroom specifications to begin work.
• Review the scope of work and installation checklist to ensure guidelines and processes are followed.
• Clean up the job site and ensure all equipment is cleaned and returned to the vehicle properly.
• Work towards obtaining Install certification under the guidance of the main Installer.
• Learn to stage the job completely and prepare the van for the next day or morning.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Solid carpentry skills.
• Dependable and detail-oriented.
• Good customer relations and skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Pass background check.
• Basic hand tools.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to learn and develop into roles with greater responsibility and pay.
• Able to lift 75 pounds or more.
• Able to work extended hours and overtime.
• Able to motivate others.

Qualifications

• Valid drivers’ license.
• Ability to perform the essential physical requirements of the position.
• Ability to maintain a phenomenal attendance record and be on time.
• Ability to work well with others and keep a positive attitude.

Skills

• Ability to pass background check.
• Valid drivers’ license.
• Willingness to learn and retain the production methods and Company policies.
• Verbal, written, and mathematical capabilities equivalent to a high school graduate.
• Dependable and detail oriented.
• Good Customer relations and skills.
• Solid Carpentry Skills and basic hand tool knowledge.
