Responsibilities

• Help the Installer remodel baths or showers in customers’ homes
• Follow the Installer’s guidelines and quality/safety protocols
• Follow Company Policies and Procedures and notify Installer or Management when needed to preserve Company integrity
• Follow the Installer’s directions to ensure proper installation and timely remodel
• Provide customer service directly to the homeowner and propose solutions to ensure satisfaction
• Identify house or bathroom specs to determine where to start work and review the scope of work and installation checklist to ensure guidelines and processes are followed
• Clean up the job site and ensure all equipment is clean and returned to the vehicle properly for safety and per guidelines
• Work toward Install certification while being coached by the main Installer
• Eventually learn to stage the job completely and load the van for the next day or morning to prevent installation delays from missing items

Requirements

• Ability to pass a background check
• Valid driver’s license
• Willingness to learn and retain production methods and Company policies
• Verbal, written, and mathematical capabilities equivalent to a high school graduate
• Dependable and detail oriented
• Solid customer relations and skills
• Solid carpentry skills and basic hand tool knowledge
• Ability to perform the essential physical requirements of the position
• Ability to work extended hours
• Ability to motivate others
• Must be 21 years or older
• Reliable transportation
• Must be authorized to work in the US
• Must be able to lift 75 pounds or more
• Must be safety conscious at all times
• Must maintain a strong attendance record and be on time

Pay

$18/hr plus the potential of a monthly incentive

Schedule

1st shift hours; must be able to work some overtime.
