Bathroom OR Flooring Installer (1099 Contractor)

About the role

Premier Home Pros is expanding and looking for experienced Bathroom Installers, Flooring Installers, and Installers with experience in both trades. You do NOT need experience in both bathroom and flooring installation to apply.

Responsibilities

• Bathroom Remodeling: Tub-to-Shower Conversions, Walk-In Tubs, Shower Systems, Full Bath Remodels
• Flooring Installation: Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP), Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT)
• Complete projects to company standards

Requirements

• 2+ years of bathroom remodeling and/or flooring installation experience
• Own tools
• Reliable truck, utility van, or trailer
• Professional appearance and communication
• Valid driver's license
• Smartphone or tablet for work orders and project updates
• Ability to complete projects to company standards
• Liability insurance (or willingness to obtain)

Pay

Compensation is project-based. Top installers can earn $100,000 - $300,000+ annually depending on experience, crew size, availability, and production volume.
