Bathroom OR Flooring Installer (1099 Contractor) - $1500 SIGN ON BONUS

About the role

Premier Home Pros is expanding and looking for experienced Bathroom Installers, Flooring Installers, and Installers with experience in both trades. You do NOT need experience in both bathroom and flooring installation to apply. What We Install: Bathroom Remodeling – Tub-to-Shower Conversions, Walk-In Tubs, Shower Systems, Full Bath Remodels; Flooring – Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP), Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT).

Responsibilities

• Perform bathroom remodeling installations including tub-to-shower conversions, walk-in tubs, shower systems, and full bath remodels.
• Install flooring materials such as Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) and Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT).
• Complete projects to company standards.
• Maintain professional appearance and communication with customers.
• Use smartphone or tablet for work orders and project updates.

Requirements

• 2+ years of bathroom remodeling and/or flooring installation experience.
• Own tools.
• Reliable truck, utility van, or trailer for transporting tools and materials.
• Valid driver's license.
• Professional appearance and communication skills.
• Ability to complete projects to company standards.
• Liability insurance (or willingness to obtain).

Pay

Compensation is project‑based. Top installers can earn $100,000 - $300,000+ annually depending on experience, crew size, availability, and production volume.
