Installation & Construction
- Execute bathroom remodels including demolition, framing, drywall, waterproofing, tile setting, fixture installation, and finish carpentry.
- Perform plumbing tasks such as setting tubs, showers, toilets, vanities, and rough-in work.
- Complete electrical work including lighting installation, fan systems, GFCI outlets, and other code-compliant wiring tasks.
- Ensure all work meets local building codes and safety regulations.
Project & Team Leadership
- Lead and supervise any assistants or subcontractors on-site.
- Maintain daily communication with the Project Manager regarding job progress and next steps.
- Manage jobsite safety and cleanliness.
Inventory & Materials Management
- Track and manage materials on-site.
- Cook with warehouse or suppliers for timely deliveries.
- Inspect materials for quality and accuracy before installation.
Technical Skills & Documentation
- Use digital tools (e.g., CompanyCam, ServiceMinder, or similar) to document progress, update project notes, and track change orders.
- Read and interpret blueprints, floor plans, and technical drawings.
Customer Interaction
- Communicate professionally with homeowners about progress, timelines, and any adjustments needed.
- Address concerns on-site promptly and respectfully.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years in bathroom remodeling with proven skills in tile installation, plumbing, and electrical work or 5 years of kitchen refacing experience.
- Proficiency with job management software, mobile apps, and digital documentation.
- Understanding of building codes, ADA requirements, and best practices for waterproofing and ventilation.
- Experience leading teams and coordinating with multiple trades.
Technical Skills
- Use digital tools (e.g., CompanyCam, ServiceMinder, or similar) to document progress, update project notes, and track change orders.
- Read and interpret blueprints, floor plans, and technical drawings.
Knowledge
- Understanding of building codes, ADA requirements, and best practices for waterproofing and ventilation.
Leadership
- Experience leading teams and coordinating with multiple trades.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work in confined spaces, and be on your feet for extended periods.
Other
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to pass background check.
